Adcraft's IDW-940W infrared display warmer is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel and can serve multiple purposes, acting as both a fried food holding station in the kitchen and a self-serve station for displaying hot food. The unit features heating elements instead of bulbs, ensuring a more uniform heat distribution, while polished stainless steel reflectors above the heating elements help radiate heat down towards the food zone. Its raised base design keeps the food pan elevated off the work area to prevent overheating and allows for easy access from all three sides. The display warmer includes a 2" deep full-size food pan with a removable stainless steel perforated liner for effective drainage of excess grease. The overall dimensions are 13"W x 22-1/2"D x 19-3/4"H, operating at 120V, 940W and 7.8A, and is CE certified. The unit comes with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor.
