The Federal Signal AV1-LED-120A is a combination audible/visual signal featuring a flashing, 24VDC operation with a green dome. Constructed from 100% polycarbonate, the housing is rated for Type 3R rain-tight applications. This model provides three mounting configurations: it can be mounted on a 1/2-inch NPT pipe, a 4-inch octagonal electrical box, or any flat surface, with the surface mount gasket serving as a template for preparing the mounting holes. A unique twist-and-lock dome design allows for tool-free access to the LED, while the Fresnel lensing ensures superior visibility in all directions. The integrated buzzer delivers an output of 85 dB at 10 feet (95 dB at 1 meter), and the unit can operate with independent flashing light and sound. The LED's flash patterns can be field adjusted to 60 FPM or 75 FPM via a jumper on the PC board. The AV1-LED is available in both 24VDC and 120VAC voltage variations, factory assembled with two color-coded leads, which can be removed for direct connection to the terminal block in the unit's base. The unit is UL and CUL listed and CSA certified, and comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
