The Federal Signal VALS-120B Strobe is a 120VAC blue warning light designed for use with Federal Signal's model 350 Vibratone horn and model 50GC Selectone speaker/amplifier, though it can also function as a standalone device. The three-dimensional triangular design features a blue lens and incorporates knockouts on the accompanying audible devices for straightforward installation. The VALS model is capable of being wired independently or in conjunction with the audible devices. It utilizes a linear strobe tube, with all circuitry housed within the lens, making it suitable for industrial applications where visual warnings are necessary. The strobe light can be mounted either flush or on the surface of the model 350 horn or model 50GC speaker/amplifier.
