Tripp Lite HDMI over CAT5/CAT6 Active Extender is a box-style remote receiver designed for video and audio transmission, supporting resolutions up to 1080p at 60Hz and extending signals up to 150 feet. TAA compliant, it pairs with Tripp Lite's B126-002 or B126-004 transmitters to connect to projectors, monitors, or televisions, making it suitable for environments such as digital signs, trade shows, presentations, classrooms, churches, and retail settings. The receiver connects to the monitor via HDMI cable (compatible with Tripp Lite's P568-series) and receives signals from the transmitter or remote repeater using CAT5e/6 cable, with a recommendation for 24 AWG solid-wire for optimal results. It can extend a 1080i signal up to 200 feet, a 1080p signal up to 150 feet, and a 3D signal up to 125 feet. By connecting up to three B126-110 remote repeaters, a total of four HDMI displays can be achieved, extending signals up to 700 feet (1080i), 500 feet (1080p), or 400 feet (3D). The B126-1A0 also supports full stereo and 7.1-channel surround sound audio (multi-channel or PCM) when used with a B126-series transmitter, and features built-in equalization control for fine-tuning image quality at each remote display. It supports 24-bit true color (8 bits per channel) and HDCP compatibility, is compatible with all operating systems and HDMI video sources, and offers a straightforward plug-and-play setup with no software or drivers required. The unit includes mounting hardware for installation on walls, racks, or poles and comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
