Aluminum worm gear reducers are available in box sizes ranging from 30 mm to 90 mm, with gear ratios from 7.5:1 to 100:1. These units feature an aluminum alloy housing and NEMA motor input flanges, and they come pre-filled with synthetic oil. They are equipped with two bearings on the input and output shafts, double lip oil seals, and are coated with epoxy paint for rust prevention. Additionally, they include hollow output bores with plug-in output shafts and are backed by a 1-year warranty.
