Aluminum worm gear reducers are available in box sizes ranging from 30 mm to 90 mm, with gear ratios from 7.5:1 to 100:1. These units feature an aluminum alloy housing and NEMA motor input flanges, and they come pre-filled with synthetic oil. The reducers include a 1-year warranty and special features such as two bearings on both the input and output shafts, double lip oil seals, epoxy paint for rust prevention, and hollow output bores equipped with plug-in output shafts.
