Aluminum worm gear reducers are available in box sizes of 30 to 90mm with gear ratios ranging from 7.5:1 to 100:1. These units feature an aluminum alloy housing and NEMA motor input flanges, and they come pre-filled with synthetic oil. They have a one-year warranty and include special features such as two bearings on both the input and output shafts, double lip oil seals, epoxy paint for rust prevention, and hollow output bores with plug-in output shafts.
