The Start International LDX8100 super-speed electric label dispenser is designed to automatically dispense labels that are up to 12" long and up to 8" wide. It is fully adjustable to effectively peel and advance hard-to-release barcode-type labels and die-cut parts made from various materials, including paper, polyester, vinyl, acetate, foam, and foil. Equipped with a photosensor, this unit ensures precise and consistent peeling, dispensing, and advancing of labels. Tool-free adjustments and maintenance-free operation make it user-friendly and versatile, compatible with virtually any type of label. The dispenser accommodates labels ranging from 1/4" to 8" in width and from 1/2" to 12" in length, accepting both 1" and 3" core sizes with a 12" roll capacity. It operates at a feed speed of 7.8" per second and is certified by Bureau Veritas/Curtis Straus, an OSHA-recognized NRTL laboratory.
