The Start International LD6050 high-speed electric label dispenser is designed to automatically dispense labels and die-cut parts efficiently, accommodating labels ranging from 1/4" to 4-3/4" wide and 1/2" to 6" long. It accepts core sizes of 1" and 3" and boasts a 12" roll capacity, making it versatile for various applications. The dispenser features a photosensor to ensure accurate and consistent peeling, dispensing, and advancing of hard-to-release barcode-type labels and die-cut parts made from materials such as paper, polyester, vinyl, acetate, foam, and foil. The unit is fully adjustable without the need for tools and requires no maintenance, making it ideal for industrial applications including manufacturing, assembly, and packaging. It includes a 1/4" built-in bracket for hanging capabilities at workbenches, and the optional LDHANGER16 can be utilized for additional support.
