The Start International LD6100 Super-Speed Electric Label Dispenser is designed to automatically dispense labels and die-cut parts, accommodating a wide range of materials including paper, polyester, vinyl, acetate, foam, and foil. This fully adjustable device features a photosensor for accurate and consistent peeling, dispensing, and advancing of labels, eliminating the need for tools and maintenance. It is capable of handling labels ranging from 1/4" to 4-3/4" in width and up to 6" in length, with compatibility for 1" and 3" core sizes and a 12" roll capacity. The built-in 1/4" bracket allows for hanging capability at workbenches, while the optional LDHANGER16 enhances its versatility. Operating at a feed speed of 6.6" per second, this label dispenser is made in the USA and is certified by Bureau Veritas/Curtis Straus, an OSHA recognized NRTL laboratory, making it suitable for various industrial applications such as manufacturing, assembly, and packaging.
