The Start International LD3000-FDA high-speed electric label dispenser is designed primarily for the food and pharmaceutical industries. The proprietary gray coating provides superior resistance to metal components subjected to corrosion, erosive and abrasive wear, and is USDA/FDA compliant and CFIA approved, making it ideal for environments with enhanced non-stick and chemical-resistant requirements. This model dispenses small labels and die-cut parts made from various materials, including paper, polyester, vinyl, acetate, foam, and foil, and is suitable for small work areas. Equipped with a photosensor, the LD3000-FDA ensures accurate and consistent peeling, dispensing, and advancing of the label roll, while the liner scrap is automatically rewound for a clean working environment. No tools are needed to adjust the dispenser for different label sizes, and its housing is constructed from anodized aluminum for durability. The dispenser operates on 12V DC with an included 100-240V AC universal transformer, making it suitable for industrial applications, such as manufacturing, assembly, and packaging. It accommodates labels ranging from 1/4" to 2-1/4" wide and 1/4" to 3" long, accepts 1" and 3" core sizes, has a roll capacity of 7-1/2", features a feed speed of 2.2" per second, and is proudly made in the USA.
