The Start International LD3500 high-speed electric clear label dispenser is engineered to automatically dispense small labels and die-cut parts made from various materials including paper, polyester, vinyl, acetate, foam, and foil. Its compact and petite design allows it to fit seamlessly in small work areas, while the longer vertical strip plate enhances photo sensor adjustability for the effective dispensing of challenging clear labels such as tamper evident and carton sealing. The photo sensor guarantees accurate peeling, dispensing, and advancing of the label roll, and the liner scrap is automatically rewound to maintain a clean working environment. This dispenser is equipped with a 1/4" bracket for hanging capabilities, necessitating the Reel Holder Arm Extension PRT-019-01 and can be extended further with the optional LDHANGER16. No tools are needed for adjusting the dispenser to accommodate different label sizes, and the anodized aluminum housing ensures durability. Operating on 12V DC, the dispenser comes with a 100-240V AC universal transformer. It is suitable for industrial applications such as manufacturing, assembly, and packaging. Key specifications include compatibility with labels 1/4" to 2-1/4" wide and 1/4" to 4" long, acceptance of 1" and 3" core sizes, a roll capacity of 7-1/2", and a feed speed of 2.2" per second.
