The Electro Kinetic Technologies Pony Express Motorized Platform Cart is designed to eliminate employee injuries associated with excessive push/pull forces found in manual carts. This robust cart features a 4,000-pound payload capacity, with dimensions of 34 1/2" wide by 52" long usable deck space and an 11 1/2" deck height. It incorporates a center wheel drive system for a tighter turning radius compared to front wheel drive carts, and is constructed with a heavy-duty powder-coated white steel welded frame. The cart is powered by deep cycle AGM rechargeable batteries and includes an on-board UL, CUL listed 120/240 VAC battery charger. Additionally, it is equipped with foam-filled never-flat drive tires, solid-state regenerative braking, a holding brake to maintain position on inclines, a non-skid platform surface, and curved platform corners with full wrap-around vinyl bumpers for enhanced protection. The ergonomic handle control design allows for variable speed forward and reverse control, ranging from 0 to 3 miles per hour in fast mode or 0 to 1.5 miles per hour in slow mode. Other features include a keyed power on/off switch for security, a color battery charge level indicator, an emergency stop button, and a horn.
