The Electro Kinetic Technologies Pony Express motorized platform truck is designed to reduce employee injuries attributed to excessive push/pull forces commonly encountered with manual carts. This robust truck boasts a payload capacity of 1,500 pounds and includes (2) shelving units measuring 26" wide by 61" long. Its construction features a heavy-duty powder-coated white steel welded frame and is equipped with deep-cycle AGM rechargeable batteries. The on-board UL, CUL listed 120/240 VAC battery charger ensures reliable power management. The truck is fitted with foam-filled, never-flat drive tires, solid-state regenerative braking, and a holding brake to maintain position on inclines. It offers a non-skid platform surface and curved platform corners protected by full wrap-around vinyl bumpers. The ergonomic handle control design allows users to operate the truck with variable speed forward and reverse control ranging from 0 to 3 miles per hour in fast mode or 0 to 1.5 miles per hour in slow mode. Additional features include a keyed power on/off switch that can be removed for security, a color battery charge level indicator, an emergency stop button, and a horn.
