The NERP Dual Speed series of electric chain hoists from Harrington include a push/pull trolley, an under the cover variable frequency drive, and offer remarkable load control with field adjustable two speeds featuring up to a 12:1 speed ratio. Key features encompass "The Guardian" smart brake technology, a current driven electromagnetic brake that only releases when the motor is energized, grade 80 nickel plated load chain, and a variable frequency drive with speed adjustability and integral hour count functionality to record and display the number of lowering starts and hoist on time. Additional attributes include a 5 pocket load sheave designed to reduce vibration and extend chain life, a cooler motor and brake due to the fan cooled motor, low profile upper and lower limit switches, as well as plug-in pendant and power supply cords. The hoists are UL listed to UL 1340, built to be environmentally friendly while meeting RoHS requirements, and exceed ASME H4 duty rating. Each hoist is supplied with a test certificate confirming it has been factory load tested to 125% of rated capacity, in accordance with ASME B30.16.
