The Ner Dual Speed series of electric chain hoists from Harrington feature an under the cover variable frequency drive that provides exceptional load control and field adjustable dual speeds with a speed ratio of up to 12:1. Key features include "The Guardian" smart brake technology, which utilizes a current driven electromagnetic brake that remains engaged until the motor is energized, grade 80 nickel plated load chain, and a variable frequency drive that allows for speed adjustability and includes integral hour count functionality to record and display the number of lowering starts and hoist operation time. The design incorporates a 5 pocket load sheave to minimize vibration and prolong chain life, alongside a fan cooled motor that ensures cooler motor and brake operation. The hoists are equipped with low profile upper and lower limit switches, as well as plug-in pendant and power supply cords. These hoists are UL listed to UL 1340, built environmentally friendly to meet ROHS requirements, and exceed ASME H4 duty rating. Each hoist is supplied with a test certificate that verifies it has been factory load tested to 125% of its rated capacity, in compliance with ASME B30.16.
