The Harrington TNER010L-10 TNER Theatrical Chain Hoist has a 1-ton capacity and a 10-foot lift, engineered for the handling of stage and theatrical equipment with high quality and reliability. It complies with German regulation BGV-D8 and features the CE declaration, ensuring adherence to stringent world standards. The hoist is equipped with a pull-rotor motor brake, known as the world's most reliable theatrical hoist brake with a simple design that avoids brake coil failures and eliminates the need for brake disc replacements; it comes with a 5-year warranty on the hoist brake. It includes a unique chain guide made of durable, heavy cast iron construction that allows for quiet and smooth chain operation. The sleek rounded body features rugged aluminum housing with no sharp edges and flexible soft-grip handles. Low profile upper and lower limit switches are included that require no adjustment, thus protecting the hoist and providing maximum travel. The hoist is designed to fit standard road cases, operating at speeds of 16 FPM for 1/2 and 1 ton capacities and 8 FPM for 2 ton. A grease-packed gearbox ensures maintenance-free operation without the need for oil changes, and the nickel-plated load chain meets DIN and EN 818-7 standards, with an optional black chain available. The friction clutch utilizes carbon friction material, offering consistent performance across a wide temperature range. Additionally, it comes with a reversible black canvas chain container designed to comply with BGV-D8 regulations, featuring two secure attachment points.
