BSC Preferred's™ Series Direct Drive Exhaust Fans are designed for use in higher static pressure applications in factories, warehouses, and mills for effective fume, smoke, or dust removal, offering dependable performance with minimal maintenance. The fans feature cast aluminum spark-resistant propellers as standard and can be equipped with an explosion-proof motor for use in hazardous environments. They provide more cubic feet per minute (CFM) per dollar spent compared to belt-driven fans, and their lighter weight makes installation easier. Built with a heavy-duty spun venturi panel and a rugged all-welded motor support structure, these fans are suitable for both exhaust and intake air applications. Optional accessories include a fan and shutter mounting box, front and rear OSHA-compliant guards, an all-aluminum gravity exhaust shutter, a motorized exhaust or intake shutter, and a weatherhood with birdscreen.
