BSC Preferred's™ Series Direct Drive Exhaust Fans are specifically designed for higher static pressure applications in factories, warehouses, and mills, suitable for fume, smoke, or dust removal, offering dependable performance with minimal maintenance requirements. The fans feature cast aluminum spark-resistant propellers as standard and can be equipped with an explosion-proof motor for use in hazardous environments. They provide more CFM per dollar spent compared to belt-driven fans, are lighter in weight to ease installation, and include a heavy-duty spun venturi panel with a rugged all-welded motor support structure. The fans are available for both exhaust and intake air applications. Optional accessories include a fan and shutter mounting box, front and rear OSHA compliant guards, an all-aluminum gravity exhaust shutter, a motorized exhaust or intake shutter, and a weather hood with birdscreen.
