The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and are equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. Each reducer comes pre-filled with synthetic oil, ensuring optimal performance, and includes a 1-year warranty for added assurance. Key features include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals to prevent leakage, and an anti-rust primer that is applied inside and outside of the gearbox for enhanced durability. Additionally, the units are coated with air-dry special black paint for added protection.
