Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches, with gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and can accommodate NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. Each reducer comes pre-filled with synthetic oil and includes a 1-year warranty. Key features consist of tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer that is applied inside and outside of the gearbox, finished with air-dry special black paint.
