Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches with ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. These units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and include NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, coming pre-filled with synthetic oil. They are equipped with tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and have an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox, finished with an air-dry special black paint. The warranty for these reducers is 1 year.
