Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 - 3.25 inches with ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and offer NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. Each reducer comes pre-filled with synthetic oil and is backed by a 1 year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals for enhanced durability, an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside the gearbox, and an air-dry special black paint finish.
