Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches with gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. These units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and come equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. Each reducer is pre-filled with synthetic oil and is supported by a 1-year warranty. Notable features include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox, and a special air-dry black paint finish.
