Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches with gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and utilize NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. They are pre-filled with synthetic oil and come with a 1 year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals for enhanced durability, an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox, and a special black paint that is air-dried for finish quality.
