Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches, with gear ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit has a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and can accommodate NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. They come pre-filled with synthetic oil and are backed by a 1-year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox, complemented by air-dry special black paint.
