Cast iron worm gear reducers are offered in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches, with gear ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit features a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and comes pre-filled with synthetic oil. These reducers are equipped with tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and have an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox. They are finished with an air dry special black paint and include a 1-year warranty for reliability.
