Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches and feature gear ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit is constructed with a one-piece #FC20 all-cast iron housing, compatible with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and comes pre-filled with synthetic oil. These reducers include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox, finished with a special air-dried black paint. The product is backed by a 1-year warranty.
