Cast iron worm gear reducers are designed with center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and offer gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit features a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and is equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. The reducers come pre-filled with synthetic oil and are backed by a 1-year warranty. Key attributes include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals for enhanced durability, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, they are coated with a special air-dry black paint for optimal protection and aesthetics.
