Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches with gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit features a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and comes pre-filled with synthetic oil. The reducers include tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, the units are coated with air dry special black paint and carry a 1-year warranty.
