Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches and offer ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit features a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and is pre-filled with synthetic oil. The reducers are equipped with tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox. The external finish is a special black paint that is air dried for durability. These units come with a 1-year warranty, ensuring reliability for a variety of applications.
