Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 - 3.25 inches with ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and come pre-filled with synthetic oil, accompanied by a 1-year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox. The exterior is finished with an air-dry special black paint for enhanced durability and protection.
