Cast iron worm gear reducers are designed with center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and offer gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. These units are constructed with a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. They come pre-filled with synthetic oil and include a 1-year warranty. Key attributes include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer that is applied inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, these reducers are finished with an air-dry special black paint for enhanced durability.
