Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and offer gear ratios between 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and come equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, pre-filled with synthetic oil. Each unit includes tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox, finished with air-dry special black paint. These reducers also come with a 1-year warranty for added assurance.
