Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 - 3.25 inches with ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. These units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges, or shaft inputs, and come pre-filled with synthetic oil. The reducers are equipped with tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, they are finished with air-dry special black paint. These units are backed by a 1-year warranty.
