Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and offer gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. These units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and come pre-filled with synthetic oil, along with a 1-year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox, finished with an air-dry special black paint.
