Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and offer gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. These units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and come pre-filled with synthetic oil. They are equipped with tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, as well as embedded double-lip oil seals, ensuring durability and reliability. An anti-rust primer is applied both inside and outside of the gearbox, finished with air dry special black paint. The reducers come with a 1-year warranty, providing assurance of quality and performance.
