Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches, featuring gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. The units consist of a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, with either NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and are pre-filled with synthetic oil. They come with a one-year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox, complemented by air dry special black paint.
