Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches and ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, with options for NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. They come pre-filled with synthetic oil and are equipped with tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox. The exterior is coated with air dry special black paint, and the reducers include a 1 year warranty.
