Cast iron worm gear reducers are designed with center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and offer gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. These units feature a one piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and are equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. Each unit is pre-filled with synthetic oil and includes a one-year warranty. Key attributes of the reducers include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals for enhanced durability, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, the reducers are finished with a special air dry black paint to provide further protection.
