Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches with ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit features a one piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and is equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. These reducers come pre-filled with synthetic oil and include a one-year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox, and air-dry special black paint.
