Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches and ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. These units feature a one-piece #FC20 all-cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges, or shaft inputs, and come pre-filled with synthetic oil. They are equipped with tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox. The exterior is finished with an air-dry special black paint. These reducers are backed by a 1-year warranty.
