Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches with gear ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. These units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges, or shaft inputs, and come pre-filled with synthetic oil. Each reducer is equipped with tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as embedded double-lip oil seals. The housing is treated with an anti-rust primer on both the inside and outside, and finished with a special air-dry black paint. The reducers are backed by a one-year warranty.
