Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 - 3.25 inches with gear ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. These units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and come pre-filled with synthetic oil. The products include tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox, finished with air-dry special black paint. Each reducer is backed by a 1-year warranty, ensuring reliability and durability in various applications.
