Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches with gear ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit features a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and comes pre-filled with synthetic oil, ensuring durability and reliability. The design includes tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals to prevent leakage, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, the units are finished with air-dry special black paint for enhanced protection. These reducers come with a 1-year warranty.
