The FR Evaporative Cooling Triangle Hat is designed to provide cooling relief while offering flame-resistant protection. It features a modacrylic cotton blend fabric that meets ASTM F1506 performance requirements with an ATPV rating of 7.1 cal/cm² and is classified as CAT1 per NFPA 70E. The hat also meets ASTM F2302 standards for flame resistance. To activate the cooling properties, simply soak the hat in water for 2-5 minutes; it will remain hydrated for up to 4 hours and can be reused by re-wetting. The hat is available in solid blue and hi-vis lime colors.
