The 3/4 in. T316 stainless steel hex ball valve is a 1-piece valve designed for a maximum pressure of 1000 psi. This ball valve utilizes a spherical disc to control the flow between pipes, tubes, or hoses, allowing flow when the hole in the ball is aligned with the inlet and outlet, and blocking flow when swiveled 90 degrees. It can be classified as either full port or reduced port, with full port having the ball hole matching the inner diameter of the connecting pipeline, resulting in lower friction, while reduced port has a ball hole one size smaller than the pipe. The valve may feature a handle or lever that corresponds to the ball's position to facilitate manual operation, making it suitable for a variety of applications including air, gas, liquid, and steam.
