The 4 in. stainless steel flanged ball valve features a bracket mount design and operates at a pressure of 300 psi. This ball valve utilizes a spherical disc to control the flow between pipes, tubes, or hoses, allowing flow when the hole in the ball-shaped disc aligns with the valve's inlet and outlet, and blocking flow when the ball is swiveled 90 degrees so that the hole is perpendicular to the opening. The valve can be classified as full port, where the hole in the ball matches the inner diameter of the connecting pipeline, or reduced port, where the hole is one pipe size smaller than the pipe, leading to less flow. The ball valve is designed for manual operation, featuring a handle or lever that indicates the ball's position (open or closed). It is suitable for various applications, including air, gas, liquid, and steam.
