Fittings are used to join two or more lengths of pipe or to close off the end of a pipe, allowing for connections in a straight line, direction changes in flow, adjustments in flow size, or complete closure of the pipe end to stop flow. In accordance with our ISO procedures, our line of Class 150 ISO pattern stainless steel fittings meets the following specifications: made from 304 stainless steel, with threads conforming to ANSI B1.20.1 standards, and dimensions according to ISO49. Each fitting undergoes rigorous quality control processes, including a thread test, pneumatic pressure testing, and material composition analysis. Additionally, burrs are removed to avoid severing sealant and to prevent bad seals, ensuring reliability and performance in various applications.
