The Merit chrome plated brass pipe fitting 3/4 cross NPT female is designed for use in low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.), with pressure ratings of 125 PSI for steam and 200 PSI for W.O.G. This fitting complies with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards, offering superior corrosion resistance. Its relative softness facilitates easy installation and ensures a tight seal. The chrome plated brass material makes these fittings easy to clean, resistant to dirt and bacteria, and capable of maintaining a shiny finish. However, it should be noted that these fittings contain lead and are not permissible for installation in potable water systems in the U.S.A. and its territories.
